Can you hold a place before I apply?
No. Properties are rented on a first-come, first-served basis with a completed application and required fees. We recommend applying promptly to secure your preferred home. -
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
Move-in costs vary. In most cases, the first month’s rent and a security deposit are due before move-in. Some properties may also require last month’s rent. -
How old do you have to be to apply?
Applicants must be at least 18 years old or the legal age to enter a lease agreement in your jurisdiction. -
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes. Security deposits are refundable provided there is no excessive damage, unpaid rent, or lease violations. A statement will be provided clearly stating any deductions. -
Who needs a cosigner?
A cosigner may be required if an applicant does not meet income, credit, or rental history standards. Cosigners must meet financial qualifications and agree to be legally responsible for the lease.You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

We will have all parties sign an occupancy transfer addendum. Additionally, the remaining tenant must meet the income to rent criteria (3:1) to qualify without a roommate.My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
We will typically contact you well in advance before your lease expires and are up for renewal. You can contact your property manager at any time to guide you through the process.Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
Routine maintenance is handled by our team. However, tenants are responsible for damage or repairs caused by misuse or negligence. Always submit maintenance requests through your tenant portal.
